The Foundation Years

His career began in 1956, not from a boardroom but on the field, as a site supervisor at Bhilai Steel Plant. This hands-on beginning gave him not only technical expertise but also the rare ability to understand the challenges faced by both workers and engineers alike.

He went on to contribute to some of India’s most ambitious nation-building projects — the Nagarjuna Sagar Project, Hindustan Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel Plant, and Durgapur Steel Plant. These formative experiences instilled in him an unshakable standard for excellence, discipline, and vision — qualities that later became the DNA of Aadin Projects.

A Bold Leap into Real Estate

By 1976, with two decades of invaluable industrial experience, Manubhai transitioned into real estate development, combining his engineering mastery with a vision for building communities.

Over the years, he not only executed prestigious industrial and government contracts for ONGC, PWD, GIDC, Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, and GAIL, but also left a permanent mark on Ahmedabad’s residential landscape:

India Colony Area, Bapunagar — Ila, Surjit, Pratik, Anjana Societies

Isanpur — Jayakrishna Society, Lalita Society, Bhagwan Nagar, Motibaug

CTM Area — Ami Akhananad Society

Others — numerous residential flats and community projects across Ahmedabad

Through these projects, over 4,000 tenements and flats were built and sold — giving thousands of families secure homes and a better quality of life.

Carrying forward the values and legacy of his father, Shri Manubhai Bhurabhai Patel, Nareshbhai M. Patel began his career in the early 1990s with determination and a clear vision — to combine technical excellence with integrity.

2019 – Expansion into the UAE
In 2019, we took our first step into the land trading sector by entering the United Arab Emirates. This strategic move marked the beginning of our global presence, allowing us to establish a strong foundation in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.

2023 – Entry into Singapore & Europe
Building on our success in the UAE, we expanded further in 2023 by commencing land trading in Singapore, a key hub for international business. Alongside Singapore, we also initiated operations across select European countries, strengthening our global footprint and unlocking new opportunities for growth.

Today & Beyond
With a strong presence in the Middle East, Singapore, and Europe, we continue to grow as a trusted name in land trading. Our focus remains on transparency, innovation, and delivering value to our clients worldwide.

After the Akshardham Complex, Nareshbhai repositioned Aadin Projects into a developer-trader hybrid, launching a dedicated Real Estate Trading & Asset Management arm in 2020.

Through this strategy, Aadin now combines land acquisition, joint ventures, pre-sales marketing, and in-house execution to deliver faster and smarter.
